SMW-500型塑料磨粉機
該機是本廠用于自行研制的**型磨粉機，其特點如下：
1、與同類磨粉機相比，在同功率的情況下產量有較大提高（增產20%-50%）。節約能耗
2、增加了集塵裝置，有效地降低了粉塵污染。
3、主風機出料降低了操作工人的勞動強度。
4、主機門蓋可開，便于檢修和刀具的更換。
5、采用風水雙冷，較好的降低了機體內的工作溫度，所研制的料不易變性，同時也有利于熱敏性塑料的磨制，可對部分PE，ABS進行磨制。

工作原理
1、該機工作部分為刀盤。高速粒子在撞擊齒板后部分被粉碎，經吸風抽出，而較大粒子則繼續撞擊，粉碎后被抽出。這樣減少了刀盤負荷，提高磨粉效率，又能使粉料得到均勻冷卻。
2、溫度低是該機的主要優點。按熱功當量：每小時作功后轉換為860千卡熱量。本機為外抽風。風量達50m/KW由進、出口風溫差，帶走大部分熱量。少部分熱量由水冷卻解決。要求冷水的進口溫度不大于25℃，出口水溫度不大于45℃，夏天適當增加冷卻水流，以降低溫度。

用途：
本廠吸收國內外先進技術研制開發的系列磨粉機。用于硬度低到中等的PVC塑料，高密度PE，或其它塑料經過試磨成功的。經塑料制品專業工廠實踐操作證明，磨制粉料在加工回訪中加入20%-30%碳酸鈣，其制品的化學物理性能保持全新的各項指標不變而且產量可以達到300kg，因此，此設備是塑料制品廠降本節支，解決廢品積累的**設備。
