GZ系列電磁振動給料機(jī)是一種較先進(jìn)的給料裝置。廣泛應(yīng)用于水泥、礦山、冶金、化工、煤炭等各行業(yè)中，在生產(chǎn)流程中以把非粘性的顆粒或粉末物料從儲料倉或料斗中定量、均勻、連續(xù)地送到受料裝置中去，可無級調(diào)節(jié)給料量，實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)流程的集中控制和自動控制。
它具有（ 1 ）體積小，重量輕，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，安裝方便，無轉(zhuǎn)動部件不需潤滑，維修方便，運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低。（ 2
）電磁振動給料機(jī)由于運(yùn)用了機(jī)械振動學(xué)的共振原理，雙質(zhì)體在低臨界近共振狀態(tài)下工作，因而消耗電能少。（ 3
）由于可以瞬時地改變和啟閉料流，所以給料量有較高的精度。（ 4
）本系列電磁振動機(jī)的控制設(shè)備采用了可控硅半波整流線路，因此在使用過程中可以通過調(diào)節(jié)可控硅開放角的辦法方便地?zé)o級地調(diào)節(jié)給料量，并可以實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)流程的集中控制和自動控制。（
5 ）由于給料槽中的物料在給料過程中連續(xù)地被拋起，并按拋物線的軌跡向前進(jìn)行跳躍運(yùn)動，因此給料槽的磨損較小。（ 6
）本系列電磁機(jī)不適用于具有防爆要求的場合。
GZ electro-vibrating feeder series is an advanced feeding device. It
is widely used in cement, mining, metallurgy, chemicals, coal and other
industries, it transfer the non-sticky powder or granular materia from
the storage silo or hopper to the receiving devices in quantitative,
well-distributed, continuous in the process of production and adjust the
quantity of feeding at all levels to achieve the centralized control
and automatic control of the production processes.
It has(1) small size, light weight, simple structure, easy to install,
non-rotating components without lubrication, easy to maintain, low
operating costs. (2) Electro-vibrating feeder due to the use of
scientific principle of mechanical resonance vibration, double-plastid
work in the condition which close to the critical state of resonance, so
it consumes less power. (3) Due to the instantaneous change and hoist
of flow, so the charge has high degree of accuracy. 4) This series of
electro-vibrating feeders’ control device using silicon-conditioning
half-wave rectifier circuit, so it can adjust the opening angle of
silicon-conditioning and easily adjust the feeding quantity at all
levels, and can achieve the centralized control and automatic control of
the production process. (5) because the feeding materials are being
tossed continuously, and according to the parabolic trajectory do leap
forward movement, so the slot will has less wear and tear (6) This
series of electro-vibrating does not apply to the occasion with
explosion-proof requirement.

直線振動給料機(jī)具有振動平穩(wěn)、工作可靠、壽命長等特點(diǎn)，可為破碎機(jī)械連續(xù)、均喂料，并對物料進(jìn)行篩分，廣泛用于選礦、建材、硅酸鹽和化學(xué)工業(yè)中的破碎、篩分聯(lián)合設(shè)備中。
Liner vibrating feeder advantages are: smooth vibration, reliable
operation and long service life. It can realize continuous and even
material feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make
rough screening for materials. Widely applied in combined operation of
crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, ore
dressing, building materials, chemicals, etc.
