該機(jī)設(shè)計先進(jìn)，密閉式連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品研磨分散細(xì)度均勻、品質(zhì)好，生產(chǎn)效率高。物料在密閉狀態(tài)下生產(chǎn)，有效防止了物料的干涸結(jié)皮和溶劑揮發(fā)。雙端面機(jī)械密封，雙重保護(hù)，零泄漏。全新動態(tài)分離結(jié)構(gòu)，出料更加暢快，而且易損件少
配有外筒移動拆裝支架，拆裝、維修十分方便。送料泵采用齒輪泵或氣動隔膜泵，送料大小調(diào)節(jié)方便，工作性能可靠。另外臥式砂磨機(jī)不用專門的安裝基礎(chǔ)，可以隨時根據(jù)需要變更安裝位置。
