概述/General Introduction
FLG型壓力過濾器是我公司在吸收國內(nèi)外科研成果和工程實(shí)踐自足研發(fā)的過濾器。FLG型壓力過濾器一種新型、高效、節(jié)能、精密的新產(chǎn)品，適用于各種懸浮液的固液分離，適用范圍廣、分離效果好、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便、安全可靠；廣泛應(yīng)用于洗煤、石油、化工、染料、冶金、醫(yī)藥、食品等領(lǐng)域，也適用于紡織、印染、制藥、造紙、皮革、味精等工業(yè)廢水及城市生活污水處理等各種需要進(jìn)行固液分離的領(lǐng)域。
FLG-type filter is a highly efficient, energy-saving, and high precision equipment, which is developed independently by our company. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation. It has a wide range of applications, good separation effect, simple structure, easy operation, safe and reliable features. It is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, dyes, food and other industries, alternative filters, centrifuges, suction filter, plate and frame filter, also applies to the textile, printing and dyeing, paper, leather, monosodium glutamate and other industrial waste water and urban sewage treatment which needs solid-liquid separation field.
過濾器內(nèi)部由高精度316L燒結(jié)板過濾網(wǎng)，液體由入口流進(jìn)，經(jīng)燒結(jié)板過濾網(wǎng)過濾后流出，雜質(zhì)/固體則被攔截在燒結(jié)板過濾網(wǎng)袋中。壓力過濾器過濾系統(tǒng)主要基于深層過濾，表面過濾，吸附過濾等三種過濾原理，具有準(zhǔn)確、高效、穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn)。
Filter is composed of 304 stainless steel cylinder, S-type mixing automatic discharge device,high-precision,316L sintered plate filter and titanium rods. The liquid flows from the feed port, flows through the sintered plate and a titanium rod after filtering screen ,solid is intercepted in the discharge device, to achieve the filtering effect. The filter is based on the principle of surface filtration, with accurate, efficient and stable features.
