電磁脈沖閥專為除塵設(shè)備的應(yīng)用而設(shè)計，具有高流量、長壽命、瞬間開關(guān)的閥門，由電磁先導(dǎo)控制其開通和關(guān)閉，由于先進(jìn)的設(shè)計，使閥門具有良好的流體性，采用**丁晴橡膠膜片，故而具有壓力損失低，OUTANS歐頓公司多年研發(fā)經(jīng)驗使得產(chǎn)品更加成熟，保證了電磁脈沖閥得到脈沖電信號時快速開啟和完成脈沖后的迅速關(guān)閉。
高純度鋁合金壓鑄閥體，**特殊夾物組成的電磁脈沖閥膜片，使得膜片具有極高的拉伸強(qiáng)度、抗老化性和較低的磨損量，使得OUTANS歐頓公司電磁脈沖閥噴吹壽命高于100萬次或三至五年使用不損壞。
電磁脈沖閥線圈采用高于國標(biāo)級絕緣注射在防護(hù)等級為}P65全灌封，全銅漆包線，圈數(shù)高于國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，保證電磁脈沖閥600萬次通電吸合不損壞，電磁線圈可以在脈沖閥芯上360“旋轉(zhuǎn)，接線盒可以4 x 900旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝，可防止暴露在露天時雨水進(jìn)入，極大方便了不同角度安裝。
產(chǎn)品介紹
DMF-ZM型電磁脈沖閥輸入口與輸出口夾角為90°稱之為直角閥，其輸入、輸出口為外螺紋，并配備壓緊螺母，分氣箱(氣包)上的短管或噴吹管直接插入閥的輸入、輸出口的錐形密封圈內(nèi)，并擰緊壓緊螺母，安裝方便、氣流通暢，能提供理想的清灰氣脈沖，適用于各種過濾單元的清灰。

膜片采用**成品膜片，質(zhì)量與進(jìn)口媲美，超強(qiáng)的拉伸性，每片膜片都經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格檢測后方可進(jìn)入裝配線、裝配后每一個成品閥進(jìn)行檢測，各項指標(biāo)全部合格方可出廠。

安裝方法提示
1、電磁脈沖閥的噴吹氣源由氣箱(氣包)提供，分氣箱有方形和圓形二種，圓形分氣箱耐壓力效果較好，使用淹沒式電磁脈沖閥時，方形分氣箱安裝比較方便。
2、分氣箱的截面積和長度決定儲氣容積，其容積應(yīng)滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后，箱內(nèi)剩余壓力不低于噴吹前壓力的50%，進(jìn)氣管內(nèi)徑?jīng)Q定向分氣箱充氣速度，其速度應(yīng)滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后10s內(nèi)使箱內(nèi)氣體恢復(fù)至噴吹前壓力。
3、脈沖閥應(yīng)安裝在分氣箱的上部或側(cè)面，安裝側(cè)面時脈沖閥輸入端中心不應(yīng)低于分氣箱側(cè)面中心線以下，脈沖閥不可安裝在分氣箱底部，同時脈沖閥輸出端應(yīng)安裝處于水平或向下位置，不可安裝向上位置。
4、噴吹管的噴吹孔應(yīng)小于18左右，開孔為:8-32mm(遠(yuǎn)小近大)，噴吹管離布袋口200-400為宜。
