電阻的重要性

在鋰離子電池生產制造中，將液體介質與正負極活性材料、導電劑、粘結劑混合均勻，得到電池漿料，然后涂布在集流體上，利用干燥烘烤等除去溶劑(水或NMP)，毫無疑問作為鋰電池生產的**道工序，勻漿配料是重中之重，是一切性能的基礎。

測量方法：將準備的的漿料導入干凈的電極測試杯中（蓋過測試杯指示線）或直接將測試電極筆放入漿料量杯中，開啟軟件，選擇對應的測試模式，開始測試，數據將自動保存；

1.負極漿料中應用的穩定性評估

Stability evaluation for applications in negative slurry

不同CMC（漿料穩定劑）應用于石墨負極配方中，將影響漿料的沉降性能（穩定性），通過監控漿料的電導率測量變化，可判定評價原材料的應用效果；

Different CMC (slurry stabilizer) applied to graphite anode formula will affect the settling property (stability) of slurry. The application effect of raw materials can be evaluated by monitoring the conductivity measurement changes of slurry.

對于實驗應用案例1的漿料進行稀釋，稀釋前后漿料的電阻率明顯增大，導電性能降低，為后續漿料開發提供新的測量參數。

3. 不同保存時間漿料電阻率評估
