一、ZF-2型紫外分析儀概況

ZF-2型紫外分析儀（配暗箱）是**研制成功的新一代分析儀器。

ZF-2型紫外分析儀具有靈敏度高、使用方便、特別采用302NM波長對樣品的破壞作用更小，是紫外分析儀的更新換代產品，它可適用于DNA、RNA電泳凝膠樣品的觀察，可檢測蛋白質，核甘酸等，在制藥工業中檢查激素生物堿、維生素等能產生螢光的藥品質量，對薄層分析，各種同功酶，紙層分析進行觀察分析和攝影，并可作為PCR技術的專用儀器。

二、ZF-2型紫外分析儀儀器結構

ZF-2型紫外分析儀裝有一組透射紫外光源供觀察、分析和攝影用。并專門設計了一只暗箱，用戶不需要暗室，即可對樣品進行觀察分析，暗箱上備有專門的相機安裝裝置，暗箱觀察室上裝有防紫外線玻璃，它濾去95%以上的紫外線。紫外透射分302nm；并配有白熾燈。

四、ZF-2型紫外分析儀使用說明

（一）、分析觀察樣品

將電泳好的凝膠樣品或薄層、紙層樣品放在儀器中央，開啟“反射紫外燈”電源，調節反射紫外燈架高度與角度，使樣品發出的螢光*清晰明亮。通常反射紫外離樣品越近，則螢光越強。

（二）、拍攝樣品照片

（1）打開“照明”白熾燈，利用白熾燈照明，調節照相高度及相機鏡頭使樣品成像清晰。在相機前裝上近攝接圈與PCR濾色鏡。然后關閉“照明”白熾燈。

（2）開啟透射紫外燈電源，進行拍攝，應根據不同的樣品確定不同的曝光時間，以清晰滿意的底片。

（三）注意：如使用時不用暗箱，必須在暗室內操作
