概述

DW系列帶式干燥機工作時將所要外理的物料通過適當的鋪料機構，如星型布料器，擺動帶，粉碎機或制粒機，分布在輸送帶上，輸送帶通過一個或幾個加熱單元組成的通道。每個加熱單元均配有空氣加熱和循環系統，每一個通道有一個或幾個排濕系統，在輸送帶通過時，熱空氣從上往下或從下往，上通過輸送帶上的物料、從而使物料能均勻干燥，

When DW series belt dryer works, the materials to be processed are distributed on the conveyor belt through appropriate laying mechanism, such as star distributor,swing belt,pulverizer or granulaor,and the conveyor beltis composed of one or several heating units.Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system,and each channel has one or several dehumidification systems.When the conveyor belt passes, the hot air passes through the materials on the conveyor belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top,so that the materials can be dried evenly

原理

干燥段分成若干單元，每一單元的熱風獨立循環，由下往上穿過鋪滿物料的不銹鋼網帶，帶走物料水份。網帶緩慢移動，物料運行速度可根據物料溫度調節。干燥后的成品連續落入收料器中。

The drving section is divided into several units.The hot air of each unit circulates independently and passes through the stainless steel mesh bel covered with materials from bottom to top to take away the moisture of materials.The mesh belt moves slowly,and the material running speed car be adjusted according to the material temperature.The dried product falls into the feeder continuously.

用途

用于透氣性較好的片狀、條狀、顆粒狀物料的連續成批干燥，尤其適合于含水率高，且具備熱敏性能的物料，如脫水蔬菜、中藥飲片等。可干燥經造粒或制狀后的脫水濾餅類的膏狀物料。對于含水率特別高的物料，可用多臺串聯形成流水線。
