The core advantage of this innovatively structured grinding cylinder lies in the combination of a 1000L large capacity and an over 20mm thick PU (polyurethane) inner lining, enabling it to be adapted to various industrial grinding scenarios with high corrosion resistance requirements.
Its specific applicable processes can be divided into two categories:
- Chemical titanium dioxide production: Compatible with three mainstream processes, namely the sulfuric acid process, hydrochloric acid process, and chlorination process.
- Lithium iron phosphate grinding: Supports the grinding requirements of two different systems, i.e., the aqueous system and the methanol system.
The over 20mm thick polyurethane (PU) inner lining is a key design, which directly ensures the cylinder's resistance to strong acid and strong alkali environments, maintains stable performance under corrosive working conditions, and is suitable for long-term industrial production use.
