The furnaces are suitable for calcinations of laboratory samples e.g. production of titanium white

Description of furnace construction:

* frameless structure with jacket made of bent sheet

* two-section door made of tub-shaped bent sheet filled with mineral fibre plate, opening to sides

* chamber consisting of light-weighted bricks, into grooves of which heating spirals are located; another insulation layers consists of mineral fibre mat and silicate plate

* quartz retort fastened in a rotating and sliding mechanism which provides for automatic insert of the retort batch into the furnace

* retort rotation controlled by PLC

* batch thermocouple opening into the retort

* furnace fitted with own table

* switchboard on right side of the furnace

* cable with single-phase plug

* PLC and INDUSTRY controller enabling to save 30 control programs in memory, each program may include up to 15 steps; the operator may start the selected program on specified date and hour by means of real-time clock

* S-type thermocouple, contactless switch relay

Equipment of the furnace includes:

* table

* retort mechanism

* exhaust fan (with injector) aerating the retort space

* 2 thermocouples

* switchboard with electrical equipment and controlling elements
