技術特點 Brief Introduction

1、鑄件機身，使整體結構不變形，高速運轉更穩定。

2、旋轉刀架采用分體設計，可按需求調整?度，利用三?函數運算的方法調順鋼線運動軌跡，保證切割精度。

3、此機器為下置式搖擺工作臺，通過擺動裝置自身擺動的同時帶動待切割件一起擺動，來實現對待切割件的擺動切割。通過軸承與滑道接觸進行滑動帶動搖擺架擺動，從而使搖擺架帶動搖擺側板進行搖擺。

4、更換不同的待切割件時，可調整料板或大理石板的厚度使料的中心與導向塊圓弧的中心線重合，增加了料板切割的準確性。

5、導輪少，導向輪精簡至6個。

6、裝載面積為：200mm/140mm*490mm*160mm，極大的提高了切割精度。

7、操作使用方便，工作臺全面展開，便于材料裝卸和羅拉拆裝。
